The 2" I.D. jets are equipped with a quick coupler for easy service in the unlikely event of a problem, a quick disconnect for the discharge hose. All 500 Gallon units feature a tank design with a molded in bale hopper which nearly totally eliminates spilling and waste of mulch and other seeding material while loading the tank.

The HV-500-ZX with the new tank is equipped with one 40 cm hinged lid to allow easy addition of hydro seeding materials and a second lid (30 cm) which allows a second person to be adding seed or fertilizer simultaneously or the second opening can be used for a water hose which leaves it out of the way of the operator.

Like all our systems the HV-500-ZX, comes equipped with a long life poly tank that can never rust, the ability to mix partial loads, a simple but powerful design with few moving parts, continuous agitation, and the ability to control the flow at the gun without making adjustments at the unit. The HM-500-HARV, is a 500 Gallon (1892 liter) Hydro Seeding System with mechanical (paddle) agitation.  It is available as both a skid type and a pull type system. It will seed 6600 square feet (613 m²) per load. It is equipped with an 25 H. P. Kohler Command Pro electric start engine, a hydraulically driven paddle agitation that is reversible and also has adjustable speed.   It has a hydraulically driven reversible Bowie gear pump.

The HM-500-HARV has a long life poly tank that eliminates rust and makes clean up quick and easy. The aggressive paddles allow it to mix heavy slurries of any hydro seeding materials including Bonded Fiber Matrix products (BFM's) including Soil Guard and 100% wood mulches.    The poly tank allows much faster clean up and will eliminate the major problem with many mechanical units, "Rust"

The HARV will handle up to 300 pounds (136 kilograms) of paper mulch and up to 220 pounds (99 kilograms) of 100% virgin wood fiber mulch  It will pump through 300' (91 meters) or more of hose.  It is capable of self filling from a pond or a stream with the optional fill hose.   Mixing is mechanical with an aggressive 16 paddle agitator.  A major advantage of the unit is the poly tank.  Poly tanks are totally rust resistant.   One of the major problems with mechanical hydroseeding units or hydro mulching units is their susceptibility to rust.  Even with a stainless steel tank rust is an issue and will start in the welds.

The HV-1000-ZED is equipped with a bale chute and dual bale busters. The unit may be loaded and operated from the loading/spraying platform.
To load mulch, the complete bale can be loaded in the chute. This unit is one of the fastest and easiest units to load on the market.

To operate, both the 24 H.P. Honda engines and both 740 G.P.M. pumps can be used for mixing and spraying or any combination of applications. Generally full power is used during the mixing stage which allows 5600 liter/minute (1480 gallon per minute) to be used to create unbelievable mixing power. Once material is mixed part of the power from both pumps are used for spraying. One hose connector is fed by the left pump, one by the right and one from both pumps for ultimate power.
